Restore The Temple - Updated 8/10/10

One of God’s mandates for SVCC is to be an apostolic center, equipping believers for release into the work of the ministry.  Having embraced this calling, SVCC has opened its doors to train thousands of Christians through conferences and equipping classes over the years.  In doing so, our building is beginning to show signs of significant wear and tear.  Further, a re-modeling project has been developed to better suit ministry needs.  Following are some specific areas the Restore the Temple project will fund:

• Replace carpeting in the foyer & hallways

• Repaint the building exterior

• Other minor building repairs and maintenance activities

• Renovation to our front foyer and resource center (pictured below)

Roughly $1800 has given toward a pledged amount of about $3300.  Those who have pledged have been faithfully giving, but the reality is that the amount pledged is about 1/10th of what we need.  We encourage you to give a generous one time gift over and above your tithe and current pledge amount.

Project activity will be starting in August to address some of the most pressing needs, but we need much more funding to begin the Cafe & Resource Room renovations.
